Kayla purchased her first rental property at the unbelievable age of 18. Since then she has added 18 doors to her portfolio, along with several achievements like being the President of Ontario Landlords Watch and the face of Landlord Credit Bureau and FrontLobby. To top all this, she is also a wife and a mother of 4. We are thrilled to have Kayla on board our team, being the visionary and landlord advocate that she is.
When we met Kayla, we were struck by how passionate she was about landlord rights, and the plight of overburdened taxpayers. Through Ontario Landlords Watch, a grassroots advocacy group, Kayla has a long history of supporting and guiding local landlords through many issues and constantly-changing policies. She is also a sought-after consultant and property manager who aims to get the best return on investment for her clients.
At Tenantcube, our biggest goal is to empower small and growing landlords with the technology to manage their properties themselves. Several new and unseasoned landlords choose to hire very expensive agents or managers to look after their rental properties, rather than getting entrapped in a bad situation with a tenant. Tenantcube offers them an affordable way to do it themselves, and to do it professionally. We are glad to see Kayla’s vision and ours align so perfectly.
As part of her role at Tenantcube, Kayla will engage with the landlord community, and share product ideas with the team based on her considerable expertise in the housing market.
“I am excited to be a part of something that so many people need, can relate to, and enjoy,” she says. “Tenantcube’s platform is the most effective way for landlords to protect their investment and provide the highest level of service to their tenants.”
Welcome to Tenantcube, Kayla. We can’t wait to see the heights this partnership is going to take us!
