Whether you are a new landlord or a seasoned real estate investor, you likely know the importance of risk reduction when trying to fill a vacancy. This is why we’ve made it even easier for users to screen applicants and run credit reports in our latest Tenantcube update.

If you’ve used Tenantcube before, you may already have used our onboarding solution to market, screen, and lease Tenants. If this applies to you, you can watch the video below to go directly to the update.

If you’re new to Tenantcube you might be interested to learn that via the Tenantcube platform you can easily manage digital applications and request credit reports. Before you can do that, however, you’ll need an account. You can register your Tenantcube account here!

Once you’ve set up your Tenantcube account, you’ll want to start by adding in your properties. After you’ve added your properties, instantly generate a listing, any time a property becomes available. You can learn more about adding properties and generating listings from our FAQ section. With these items out of the way, you’ll be able to invite potential applicants and run credit reports directly inside Tenantcube. Watch the video below to learn how to easily process digital applications and Equifax credit reports.
